I had a pretty uneventful weekend other than diving in head first into some new programming concepts.  I bought a new alarm clock... whoo hoo.  My previous alarm clock (had for about 15 years) started running fast.  Exciting huh?  

     On Saturday, I took Jordan to the airport observation deck and let her watch some planes land/take off.  I thought she would enjoy that and best of all it is free.  Well, I underestimated how much she would enjoy it.  Now all she talks about is getting to ride on a plane, that could be expensive.   Either way I am glad she liked it. I am sure that she will get her ride someday, but not anytime in the near future.  

     The Monkey man went to his one year appointment on Friday.  He had lots of blood taken for allergy testing.  Hopefully we can nail down what he is allergic to and maybe get a better idea if his soy allergy is going to be permanent or not.  Also, it will be a little more reasuring to know if he has any anaphylactic allergies.  That is always a concern, especially when you are living in a house with the human food disposal (aka Jordan).
