Our little boy is now at a new preschool. And except for the fact that he misses some of his friends he has done well with the transition. At least one of his little friends said he was coming too, so he was upset when that wasn't true. Hmm... no, we never said he was - he did. Yeah, that went over like lead. But playdates are bieng scheduled. And believe me, he will hold us to it.
Now it is funny to watch him tell his big sister about things at his new school and watch as she tries to process that he gets to do things that she didn't. She's not really sure how she feels about him having a playground that she has never had the chance to try out. Or classrooms that she has never explored. Definitely interesting to watch her brain try to process it. :)
But the good news is he does enjoy his new school. After all they too have te essentials - blocks, cars, puzzles, etc. :)
