Spring is definitely in the air here.  The grass is green and flowers are starting to bloom.  And with it has our daughter's desire to pick our flowers.  We did bring some roses in for a bouquet on the kitchen table last night, but otherwise I'm trying to keep the flowers on the actual plant.  Earlier before I even knew that the mini daffadils on the side of our house were in bloom, she had plucked them, played with them, and then left them on the front lawn to die.  So we are working on taking pictures so that she can enjoy them without pulling them all off the plant.  So warning a picture overload is about to take place.  :)

I started out with the intention of taking pictures of both kids.  But this one says it all.

I saw quickly that there was just no way that I was going to get a good photo with both kids in it.  So...  we moved on to individual photos.  And really he didn't want anything to do with that much either.  Poor guy is sick with a fever and that wasn't helping matters any.  So they are mostly of her.  What can I say - when one kid is "on" the other is not.  Almost. every. single. time.  Sigh.

I loved how candid and she was today.  I got a little of everything.

Some of them really cracked me up.

Meanwhile this was the best I could get of him.  But he did seem to enjoy himself walking around the yard.  Spring therapy.

I know this look well...

And since I have so many (and I'm so bad at picking which to post and which not too) I'll leave you with this cheese as I break the "photo shoot" into two posts.
