As I have said before our daughter (and so therefore our son) are obsessed with The Princess and the Frog. So naturally guess what our daughter decided they should be for Halloween? Yes, you guessed it. So introducing our princess Tiana and her Prince Naveen (as a frog - with a crown of course).

I took them last night to a local mall for trick-or-treating while their daddy got some rest. Let's just say there was no resting at the mall last night.

These were taken before he really understood what trick-or-treating was.

Apparently he completely forgot about it from last year, but he was excited anyway. Because she was, so he knew it was going to be something he liked.

She also has a veil with her costume (as she wanted it to be the wedding dress), but it isn't on here as I didn't think her wearing it in the car was a good idea.

So she will likely be upset when she realizes that it wasn't on for these pictures. But I'll get some (hopefully) on Halloween of the full costume.

I was amazed that he was excited to put the costume on.

Last year he wasn't thrilled about actually putting it on, but was happy with it once it was on.

It goes without saying that they had an absolute blast. They trick-or-treated on one wing of the mall, then visited the Disney Store, and then they had one candy before we headed home to a very late dinner. And even with the late dinner they remained polite and happy children. I wasn't sure that last part would hold out since dinner was so late, but it did!
